Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026. Oracle Whispers respects your privacy and processes only the information needed to provide and protect the service.
Information we collect
We process account name, email address and authentication details; questions, selected cards, readings and Oracle conversations, which the app may save as part of a reading; manual My Deck content; language and appearance choices; support requests and reviews; and technical access and AI-usage records. When purchases are enabled, we also process subscription status, store transaction identifiers and verification evidence needed to confirm entitlement and prevent duplicate claims. We do not ask you to send payment-card details to Oracle Whispers.
How we use and share data
We use this data to sign you in, provide readings and conversations, maintain your history, respond to support requests, verify subscription access, protect accounts, enforce fair use and AI spending limits, and meet applicable obligations. Reading content needed to generate a response is sent to the AI provider through our hosting/backend services. Hosting, authentication, support and store providers process data needed for their roles. We do not sell personal data.
AI processing
Your question, selected cards and relevant reading context are sent securely to our AI processing provider to generate the requested interpretation or reply. Do not submit information you do not want processed for this purpose.
Legal basis and sharing
Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request, our legitimate interest in operating it safely, your consent, or legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, authentication, AI processing and support, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Signed-in users can delete their own account in Settings → Delete Account without staff approval. After the backend confirms success, the account and eligible readings, conversations stored with them, manual My Deck readings, shared links, reviews, support data linked to your account, AI-usage logs and operational records are removed from the active app. If deletion cannot be confirmed, the app does not claim completion. Deleted Base44 records may remain in recoverable trash for up to 30 days before automatic permanent removal. Technical logs and service-provider copies may follow their documented retention rules. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel it in the relevant store. We retain only qualifying accounting evidence required by French law, generally 10 years from financial-year close. This period does not automatically apply to full wallets, raw purchase tokens or AI logs. Other transaction and store-ownership information is kept only for a documented need such as outstanding credits, settlement, refunds, disputes, subscription administration or prevention of duplicate purchase claims, for an applicable period. People who cannot sign in can use /account-deletion or email maspnin@gmail.com; we verify those fallback requests and respond within the applicable legal deadline.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Delete your account directly in Settings, or use /account-deletion or maspnin@gmail.com if you cannot sign in. Contact us through the Support page for other privacy requests.
Children and changes
Oracle Whispers is intended for users aged 16 and older. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The published policy states its effective date.
