Information we collect
Account details such as your name, email address and login provider; tarot questions, selected cards, readings and Oracle conversations you choose to save; language and appearance preferences stored on your device; support messages; and basic technical records needed for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, provide and save readings, manage credits, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, maintain the service and meet legal obligations.
AI processing
Your question, selected cards and relevant reading context are sent securely to our AI processing provider to generate the requested interpretation or reply. Do not submit information you do not want processed for this purpose.
Legal basis and sharing
Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request, our legitimate interest in operating it safely, your consent, or legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, authentication, AI processing and support, or when required by law.
Retention and security
Saved account information and readings are retained until you delete them or your account, unless a longer period is legally required. We use access controls and user-specific data permissions, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You can permanently delete your account and associated app data from Settings. Contact us through the Support page for other privacy requests.
Children and changes
Oracle Whispers is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
